You have the legal period of 30 days to return the product that does not suit you subject to the following conditions:
All items must be returned intact, in their original, unopened packaging, with all accessories (instructions, supplied items, etc.), accompanied by the invoice and the return number which you can request from your customer account.
From your customer account you will need to request the return or exchange authorization number, explaining the reasons.
The goods must be returned to our head office: Easy Partenaire, 14 avenue de l'Opéra 75001 Paris or to one of our warehouses in Europe, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
The refund will be made by check or Paypal if you have chosen this means of payment during the purchase, and will be calculated on the purchase price of the product (s) excluding delivery costs. Refund will be made within 5 days of receipt of the returned item.
Defective product
All our items come with a manufacturer's warranty, ranging from 2 to 10 years depending on the product — further proof of their quality and reliability. If the product you have purchased does not work, we invite you to contact our customer service so that we can take care of returning your item for a new replacement.
Return policy and shipping costs
For any exchange regarding the size of a garment or the exchange of a defective product, the return costs are covered by us. For cancellations, the shipping costs remain your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, which are outside our control, especially for international shipments. The client was notified that customs procedures may delay delivery, as is standard for cross-border purchases.
