You have the legal period of 30 days to return the product that does not suit you subject to the following conditions:

All merchandise must be returned intact in the original packaging without having been opened, with all of its complete contents (instructions, accessories, etc.) Any product whose packaging has been opened with the seal label torn or damaged, it will not be returned, exchanged or refunded except in the case of equipment malfunction.

From your customer account you will need to request the return or exchange authorization number, explaining the reasons.

The goods must be returned to our head office: Easy Partenaire, 14 avenue de l'Opéra 75001 Paris or to one of our warehouses in Europe, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

The refund will be made by check or Paypal if you have chosen this means of payment during the purchase, and will be calculated on the purchase price of the product (s) excluding delivery costs

Defective product

All our items are guaranteed 12 by Sextoysunivers and 24 months from the manufacturer. If the product you have purchased does not work, we invite you to contact our customer service so that we can take care of returning your item for a new replacement.

Return policy and shipping costs

For any exchange concerning the size of a garment or the exchange of a defective product, the return costs are borne by us, only refunds and withdrawals are your responsibility.
